Shipping policy

1. Shipping options: Pick up from Showroom at 8 Carlisle Street, Paardeneiland or Courier to major cities and towns in South Africa. 

2. Shipping timeframes: Pick up is immediately available during office hours, stock dependent. Cape Town delivery Next day if ordered before 9h am, otherwise the day after. Cape Town 2-3 working days. Other destinations 3-5 working days.  

3. Shipping restrictions: Major Cities and Major Towns only. No farm or rural delivery. Please contact us should you be unsure. 

4. Tracking and updates: Tracking link is sent with every courier dispatched order.

5. Returns and exchanges: Free returns within 7 working days of receiving products. We apply a rule of fairness after 7 working days. Please ensure that you measure before ordering. 

6. Damage or loss during shipping: Unit will be replaced if not delivered. Signed waybill is acknowledgement of receiving of products in good order. 7. Customer support: Please email, phone or whatsapp us if you have any queries. For contact details refer to contact us page. 

8. Please take the manufacturing lead time into consideration when ordering. The shipping timeframe happens after a product has been manufactured.
